What should I send for a custom cabinetry quotation?
Send available plans and elevations, dimensions, quantities, finish references, appliance information where relevant, the destination and target timing. Mark undecided items so they can be reviewed rather than assumed.

Can I enquire before my drawings are complete?
Yes. Share the drawings and reference images you already have, and identify the missing dimensions or decisions. An initial review can clarify the brief; production requires the agreed drawings and specification.

Which interior door systems can I compare?
The website presents composite wood doors, invisible doors, aluminium-framed glass doors and aluminium-edge wood doors. Compare the opening, frame, appearance and intended application before choosing the model and hardware.

Can I specify a finish from a catalogue photograph?
Use the photograph to explain the intended appearance. Confirm the surface material, colour or grain, sheen and edge detail against a current sample before approving a finish. A similar colour name does not establish that different products use the same material.

Does magnetic closing establish a door’s acoustic rating?
No. Closing action and tested sound insulation are different properties. If a project has an acoustic requirement, request documentation applicable to the proposed door assembly and its installation conditions.

Are catalogue handles and locks suitable for every door?
Do not assume that a hardware option suits every system. Confirm the selected lock, handle and hinge with the door construction, opening direction, frame and project requirements.

Installation and documents
What should be agreed before production and installation?
Confirm the drawings, product schedule, finishes, hardware and responsibilities before releasing production. Also agree packing records, delivery arrangements and site readiness, including who will install the products and what information they need.

Does a design patent certify product performance?
A design patent concerns the protected design. It does not replace fire, acoustic or emissions test documentation. Review each requirement against evidence for the product and application being specified.
